ICS
is a privately held company headquartered in beautiful
Charlotte, North Carolina. Since 1983, ICS has had the
great privilege to work with and get to know some of the
most prestigious companies across the Southern United
States. Our philosophy is to engage in long-term
client relationships thereby becoming a valued resource for
IT professionals present-day and long into the future.
ICS
is unique from most IT
consulting firms for many reasons.
The most important difference is in the way we respect our
staff. We are honored to hire the best and brightest
talent for our clients. We know each one has a life
outside of work and we respect their personal life.
ICS management understands
this because ICS management has
families and activities outside of ICS also. ICS
management treats the staff just like they would want to be
treated - simply, with respect.

ICS. "We try to do things with the staff that are
a bit out of the ordinary like rent an entire minor league

ICS our turnover rate has averaged 10% for the previous

also approach our customers in the same manner. Our
support staff includes a Client Relations Manager, a
professional who continues to support our client managers
with unique solutions to sometimes impossible requests.
Our Client Relations Manager has authority to engage in
relationships and opportunities without the burden of senior
management approval. ICS makes decisions quickly and
even brings solutions to the table
sometimes before the client
manager realizes a potential problem.
One
of the most rewarding accolades any company could receive is
that of complimentary comments from senior level managers of
Fortune 50 companies. One such comment we have
included in our web site and use as a mantra; "Think
outside the box". ICS is conventional in the
sense we offer IT services but unconventional i n customer
service, staff relations and providing solutions. Many
